MILESTONE
After three years of entrepreneurial accumulation and development, AMJ Prefabricated Housing Company was established.
We built 60,000 square meters of transitional housing for the Wenchuan earthquake.
AMJ HOUSE Light Steel Housing Co., Ltd. was established, purchased 2 automatic production lines for sandwich panels, and independently developed a high-temperature powder coating production line for steel structural parts. The product quality has reached the industry-leading level. In the same year, AMJ HOUSE passed the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System.
AMJ HOUSE introduced light steel housing keel production equipment from New Zealand, and has the ability to automatically and programmatically produce low-rise housing. In the same year, AMJ HOUSE obtained CE safety certification, and the products meet EU standards.
AMJ HOUSE independently developed a fully automated production line for box-type house, including the entire production process from workpiece welding, component splicing, metal surface pretreatment, high-temperature powder coating to large component assembly, packaging and shipping. Since then, AMJ HOUSE has the autonomous ability to produce and construct modular box-type houses. This year, we built 20,000 square meters of temporary housing for the 2012 Sochi Winter Olympics in Russia. The same time, we has passed the DAS quality management system certification.
AMJ HOUSE added a steel-wood structure overall staircase project, and its strategic positioning was upgraded to: adopting a new prefabricated building method, starting from systematization, standardization and componentization, to realize the modern architectural dream of mankind.
AMJ HOUSE made a breakthrough in technology and registered 9 new patents related to steel structure houses.
The new factory will be expanded, and it will have the systematic structural construction capacity of light steel, light and heavy steel integration and PC cement components. In this year, AMJ HOUSE registered 13 new patents for steel structure houses.
After 2 years of hard work, the integrated aluminum-wood passive door and window system product has been successfully developed. From then on, prefabricated buildings are no longer out of reach.
